St. Anna’s Residence, located in the historic Garden District of New Orleans, is a non-profit, non-denominational nursing home founded in 1850 – a home in the finest sense of the word, where tradition is moving into the future with love and care.

St. Anna’s is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors from the community.

Our mission is to provide a superior haven for the elderly, where needs including security, love, fellowship, spiritual nourishment, health care, recreation and a feeling of community and family can be met without a loss of independence, dignity or self-respect.
